    Keep disconnecting.


    Hello Xbox,

    I play Black Ops 2 daily and very recently I have been having issues playing the game. I have noticed I only keep disconnecting completely offline on this game only. It becomes quite a borthering when this is happening every ten minutes that is no exaggeration
    either. I can sit on the menu for hours and nothing but once I start playing boop random disconnect I can play one full game IF im lucky.

    The resolutions I have tried:

    -Deleting the xbox update and redownload

    -Redownload my profile

    -Clear all my systems cache

    -Reinstall BO2 (Ive tried disc and digital both same results)

    It is a serious nuisance that I can't play two games without lagging off to the point out of testing my connection and signing back in. I know it is not my internet when I get disconnected on my xbox Ill still be on wifi on my PC.

    Any other solutions I can do Xbox? Much appreciation to the responses.

    ok now i can play olmost all online games but black ops 2 still disconects my friend can play black ops 2 with his profiel in my house strange

    Hey there Ewood! I'm sorry to hear about your connection troubles. First, I just want to clarify from your information, are you just using the Netgear, or is that the router? What kind of modem are you using as well? Does your connection improve if you connect
    directly to the modem instead of the router?

    Also, what are you doing when you get disconnected? Does this happen when you load a game or app, randomly when playing a game or app, or just simply sitting on the Dashboard? If this only happens when you load up a game or app, try downloading your profile
    (forums.xbox.com/.../153143.aspx) to see if that helps.

    I'm having the same problem. Bought the 250 gb anniversary pack two days ago when my older xbox360 started to show signs of aging. Never had any problems with xbox live on the old one, but the new one keeps disconnecting, May I add that I'm getting this
    issue while playing Battlefield 3 AND that my xbox360 is giving me 'disc unreadable' errors, while it is on my HDD,(almost) every time when I get to the 'press start' menu. After the error my xbox also disconnects form xbox live and returns to the xbox home.

    Are you experiencing this error with several games or one in specific? Would really love to know how to solve this.

    Thanks for the replies. I can verify that everything said above is as it should be. I can connect fine with 1 and 2 Xboxes. All mw3 data is good.
