    Since the 22nd of May, I've been lagging in and out of parties and inany online games. I don't know what has caused it. One of my friend said his was doing this for 4 days then stopped. I want to factory reset the conosle but don't know if it'll delete my account. Any help will be great. Have a Spectrum router and modem if that helps.

    With issues like these, we'd suggest checking Xbox One Network Connection Solution support page to see if you can identify the issue. But First thing I would recommend doing is a power cycle on your Xbox One X.

    If the issue persists, please try performing a Soft console Factory reset on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [Keep my Games and Apps]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up and a fresh connection to your network through wifi.

    The party and game invite system sucks. You basically have to let the party do it for you. Which is lame. Party chat sucks also. If you're not playing the same game as someone else, party chat gets weird. It'll keep saying "Cannot connect to party chat".

    Yep me too. Keeps telling me to connect to an active connection when I already am. Kicks me out of games and parties constantly.

    I can connect to some friends but i can play in the same game or party as long as they are not the leader. I've reset my router and i keep seeing the cannot connect to matchmaking.
