Support has nothing to do with bans/suspensions or anything enforcement related. They would not be able to help at all with this sort of thing so contacting them would be a total waste of time.

There they explain the terms and conditions for making an appeal, which cases can be appealed and which cannot. And there is also the direct link to make the appeal.
