Thanks for the reply. The best way to contact Microsoft concerning your question about the wholesale purchase of the cards is via the link I previously provided or via a letter sent to the corporate headquarters address that I also listed. Sadly, there is
no direct phone number or email address to provide, only the two ways that have already been presented.
