The connection with Xbox Live is established as I've played games like Forza Horizon 3 on my PC before and at some point I did have a similar issue with it but that time it could be resolved by reinstalling Xbox IDP along with some other measures that I
don't remember anymore (it took a really long time).

EDIT: I just started up Super Lucky's Tale to check if it also has login issues and it showed that I AM logged into Xbox because it just synced and I didn't have to login. However the new Xbox App still tells me I cannot log into Xbox Live.
