Ich kann seit einigen Monaten keine Nachrichten mehr über die XboxApp auf dem PC als auch über Xbox.com lesen. Wenn ich bei der App auf Nachrichten gehe zeigt es mir folgende Meldung an: "Versuchen Sie es noch einmal. Ihre Konversationen konnten nicht abgerufen
werden."

Probiere ich es auf einem anderen PC, dann bleibt der Fehler bestehen. Nehme ich einen anderen Account, dann funktioniert alles. Deshalb nehme ich an, dass es sich um einen Fehler im System von Microsoft handelt.

Allerdings kann ich auf der Xbox alle Benachrichtigungen lesen.

Der Xbox Support konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen.

Hello Jaerf,

Have you checked the
Enforcement website to make sure you do not have any kind of suspension? Also make sure you are able to log into the
Account website just fine and get no prompts when you sign in.

But I have contacted the support now three times and today they said I should ask here for help.

Hi Jaerf,

In this case as everything seems to be ok with the account, we suggest to request a call back and speak with a support agent. There is something going on with your profile and needs to be looked into.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hello Jaerf,

I understand you already contacted them. As you have done all of the troubleshooting for this issue and still have this with your main account, there is an internal issue with the account. As you are able to get these messages with other accounts. When you
contact them tell them you did all the troubleshooting on the forum also and we recommended to call back and have your case investigated as there is an issue with your profile. Reason for this is no one on the forums can look into your account.
