    Personally I’m not a huge fan and preferred the old layout and navigating with the bumpers to get across to the game pass/community/store tab etc

    Yes I have tried those and my account is not blocked. Could it be since it is a new console that when the updates are download for the new Xbox dashboard layout something goes wrong. Just recalling that people have had issues with that and their profile.

    ^Herein lies the problem... it is not a fact that the previous dashboard was "better". Better is subjective... it is only your opinion. There will always be people who aren't happy with changes to a new or different UI. Short answer is they just aren't going
    to go backwards... and yes... to them, going back to the previous dash is indeed, a step backwards, just because some people don't like the new one.
