Just upgraded to Cox Contour 6, but can not find the control code for it. **** AX013ANC

I just upgraded to Cox Contour 6, but I can't seem to find the control code for it. The box manufacturer is **** Group Inc and the model number is AX013ANC. Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated!

The Cox Contour App currently is not available for Xbox 360. The app currently is available :

COX Contour and TV Connect Apps for Windows 10. I would recommend to reach out the

Cox Apps Forum for more assistance.

Hey there, Bohnert 619! The UEI site that we use doesn't have an exact match, but it does have suggestions for your model! The first one is suggests is 1982. Give that a shot.

If it doesn't work, then I suggest going through the options that it gives you. Let us know if you find one that works.

 

Tried that already when I visited the UEI site and it didn't work. I also went through all of the Arris codes that the Xbox had under Arris to no avail. Anything else you could suggest?

No worries! They got back to me Friday after I had left to let me know they're digging into it a little deeper. I don't know how long this will take right now, but I will update you once I have more information on what they get.

Hey Bonhert 619, I did some research and I wanted to mention 2 things:

1) We're doing some investigation so we can get this device added to our database

2) We think that if you go to TV & OneGuide settings -> Device control -> Cable/sat box -> Enter a remote code and type in "C1982" you may be able to control this device. Can you let us know if that works?
