just seen my account is a banned user, unsure why, no enforcement visible.

So tried to port my Mojang account over to my Microsoft account, but apparently my account is banned and I have no idea how.
Its now made it locked into the account so I now cannot even play the game. Looking to rectify this but there's no ph no I can call to fix my account. Only thing can think of is a ex friend done some weird stuff to the account or something and got banned years ago when we dropped our friendship. If am able to speak to someone about it can fix this all up very quickly, but at the moment its not given me any way or any number to be able to contact to anyone to get this fixed. Hoping to find some help here.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Minecraft account. If your account is banned, it's possible that it was done due to violating the terms of service. However, if you believe that your account was banned mistakenly, you can appeal the ban by contacting Mojang Support.

You can submit a ticket to Mojang Support by going to their website and selecting the "Contact Support" option. From there, you can fill out a support ticket explaining the situation and providing any relevant information or evidence that could help prove your case. It may take some time for them to review your appeal, but they should get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

If you don't have access to your old Minecraft account, you can try to recover it by going through the account recovery process on the Minecraft website. If that doesn't work, you may need to create a new account and start fresh.

If you received a console ban and are unsure as to why you will need to post on the 13 - Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions forums but all Xbox Live device bans are permanent.

Most of the time the users know why they were banned but feel that they can pretend to play fair or follow the rules

As there are 10s of millions of legit users remember not all ban are gameplay related

Enforcement Team don't ban for no reason , next time before you cheat or hack etc... your account think of the consequences !!!
