    Just Reinstalled FH5 and now im getting an error code stating i have an invalid profile


    Was having some bugs after the 20 Gig update that included the hotwheels expansion and decided that reinstalling the game was my best form of recorse. after waiting about an hour or so to reinstall the game (gotta love slow internet), i went to boot up the game hoping to catch some doors drifting. only i was met with the error code E 1047-0. is there any way to get my things back in order??? please let me know asap

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If you're seeing an invalid profile the only resolution is to delete your saved data according to Forza Support which you can validate on this link: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/ar...

    But if you would like to check options first, I would recommend reaching out to Forza Support.

    im having the same problem , came up with the error code for the corrupted profile , deleted it and cleared system cache and now I cant download profile again I keep getting 80150003 code ... just states something wrong with profile but it doesn't say what
    ... soooo unhelpful.

    Just got an email with a code from Xbox for $20.00. Apparently my PPC code was invalid. I'm reinstalling now. Will post the results after I get a chance to try it out.

    Hi Daniel,

    This is a known issue as mentioned here:

    FH5 Known Issues - Forza Support

    Saves - Players may receive a save error message (various error codes).

    I’ve gone through multiple possible solutions and workarounds to address this. Resetting your saved account credentials on your device should resolve this error, and hopefully deleting your game data/starting a new save might not even be necessary.
