Am I able to send it back and switch it for a different one that was factory sealed and untouched like the one I received? I spent $1300 on this Xbox series x halo infinite limited edition by setting aside cash to get my hands on it and it took me from November to June to save up for it and all my money now is going strictly to my first car before senior year of highschool starts in august,

So with that in mind, I set my only options for fixing this problem without cutting into my budget and spending extra money to have it repaired is to either send it back or see if there’s a way swap it for one that was factory sealed and perfectly new like the one I received, but I do understand how rare this limited edition of the series X is so I’ll accept if my only option is to send it back.

I haven't had a lot of time to play on my Xbox Series X lately. I am having to send it back for repairs again. Apparently whoever did the repair did not replace something correctly.

After an hour or so with the Xbox on it will flash to a green screen with a loud buzzing sound and completely shut off. It never did this before while I owned it. All others that have experienced this problem have stated this is caused by an overheating issue requiring the Xbox to be sent in for repairs.

Now in less than a year, my Xbox Series X has had to be sent back twice for repairs. I wonder how long this Xbox is going to last once out of warranty.

This is very annoying and does not give me confidence in the new Xbox engineering.

Had the same issue with my Series X. I returned it to the repair center and have not received it back yet.

Just parcelled my series X up to send back to Microsoft, so gainfully it was still in warranty

To be honest My son is on his 3rd series x and this one has the same problem as the other two, it’s crashing and logging him out! This one will go back just like the other two and sadly there will be no more series x in my house! One bad console is unfortunate.... two seemed unlikely but it happened...... but three??? Sadly I now have no faith there are clearly big issues with these. Each time I have spoken to Microsoft who each time have suggested sending it for repair but as it was less than 30 days old it went back to the shop where I purchased.
