Just received my dark souls 1 code ......... But wait for it

says heres your code we will send a message when it's avalible to be played using backwards compatibility

What a freaking joke advertise this as an incentive to pre order a game and then it not work this has to be some level of fraud at least false advertising I'm genuinely *** and I spend slot of money through Xbox buying digital title

I bought dark souls 3 and never received my code for dark souls 1.

 

Never received promo code for Dark Souls 1 after preordering Dark Souls 3

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 and never received my code for Dark Souls 1.

Why is that a joke? They have sent you the code now. It will work when it is BC ready. It will work now on the 360

I just got my code too. Just have to watch for when it is officially BC.

Sounds like false advertising to me

 

False advertising at its finest and I still haven't received my code

 

You honestly believe that people will complain about the code being late if they can't play the game. WE WANTED THE CODE BECAUSE WE THOUGHT IT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PLAY ONCE WE REDEEMED IT. LAST TIME I BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

 

You can play it straight after redeeming it

I am doing so now on my old 360

 

I already OWN dark douls for 360. The only reason i bought this stupid package is because i thought i would be able to play it on the one. I really hope i can still cancel this and get my money back

 

Lol. People bought this to play it on time, through the backwards compatibility feature on Xbox one. No where in the description did it talk about the code being late or the game won't be available to play yet. Honestly this company is terrible for this.

 

I was genuinely looking forward to getting this ALREADY LATE code to play it but looks like I can't.

 

This has become very frustrating. This ad is still on the store despite the fact that it is downright deceptive. Please change the ad so others won't be dissapointed similarly. I hope (but seriously doubt) everyone will get some sort of compensation for
this.

 

You know what really makes me mad is that Microsoft won't man up and take responsibility for there screw up I'm not looking for any type of compensation like some are but I can assure that I will not buy any more digital titles through them I will just start
going back to Gamestop

I was really looking forward to playing this game as I haven't played this one you know playing it until 3 was out but looks like that's not going to happen

I don't have a 360 anymore even though that's not what the ad said for those of you that are just saying oh I will just play it on my 360 that's cool and all but that's not what they sold us

 

The ad on the website and the ad on the console are different.

You guys made a very big mistake and it's making everyone very upset.

Your website and console information description of Dark Souls 3 are different and is causing confusion.

Here is the YouTube video I recorded with the consoles description of Dark Souls 3 which states after 7-10 days you can play the game. It's still false advertisement even if it was a mistake.
