    How do I get a new code? I never redeemed my code.

    Fallout 3 code "already been used"

    Just received redeem code for Fallout 3, got message saying "This code has already been used".

    Seems other users are having issues also.

    I received my Fallout 3 code in my messages but it is saying that the code has already been used when I try to redeem it.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Is it possible that you already redeemed your Fallout 3 code? You can verify if you have already redeemed Fallout 3 by going to the Fallout
    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.

    Preordered fallout 4, no working code.

    Hello,

    The Fallout 3 code that I just received today is also not working. When I hit the Redeem Code button in the Xbox 1 message I get the same message " this code has already been used". There is NO possible way that I could have already used it. Even if
    I did, I would be able to download the game again, wouldn't I? On my XboX1 I've checked all of the games that are available for me to download and Fallout 3 is nowhere to be found.

    How can I fix this? I've been to the Fallout 3 Xbox.com marketplace site and it says " Already purchased" So I hit the "Download to Xbox 360" button, but nothing happens and the game never shows up anywhere.

    Is there a support number I should call?
