    Just read it ik it long but I really need help Xbox series X


    So my Cold War kept crashing someone recommended clear your MAC address I did that then I couldn’t connect to WiFi when it restarted and my wifi would only work at like 7am and stop at 12 and there no restrictions and the WiFi not doing it it doesn’t have a problem so I change my ip address and all that still won’t work I do different things for hours like hours and searching stuff up but it confused my why it would work for 4 hours and right when it reached 12am it stop even if the wifi had no usage restrictions or stopping it at certain times same with the Xbox now if anybody could help me please this has been going on for a week and a couple days Ty if you can

    Hello Seamus! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    Is it all devices that disconnect at Midnight or just the Xbox. Do you check your other devices? If it is all devices, sounds like its something within the router or ISP. Have you tried using a LAN cable to see what happens?

    Try using a Lan cable, it might solve the problem.
