    Just Purchased The PC Gamepass and PC Beta Pass...Now its saying i cant download the games...


    so, as title says, im spending $11 a month on games i cant even get, Halo Master Chief Collection, its no a damn collection cos all i can access is halo reach, i wanted all of them, its why i got the gamepass, i downloaded them, and went to install the
    games, it starts downloading, then instantly stops, and nothing changes, all other games i got downloaded just fine, but this one has given me nothing but issues, if this was some scam by microsoft to get you to buy the PC pass, but really you need an Xbox,
    then i want my money back, cos i didnt pay for games for console i dont own, i paid for games to get on my PC... NOT. HAPPY.

    Yes you just need to use the Xbox app ti purchase and download games. There is a subscription service of Game Pass PC beta, you get 100 PC games to play. Your PC needs to be running the Windows 10 1903 update, to use Game Pass PC beta.

    As Panno92 aalready mentioned on Halo MCC for PC there is only Halo Reach playable at this time. The rest of the games will be added, but that will take time until they are done with making them ready for the PC. In the meantime you could play alot more
    games with game pass. There are plenty games for PC available.

    Hi, as of now the Halo MCC on PC includes only Halo reach. They are porting all the other games one by one in cronologic order (the next one will be Halo CE). With the gamepass for PC you will be able to download and play the other games when they will become
    available (during 2020).

    Lol I purchased the witch queen. Plus the base game is still on pc gamepass. Its just the game pass for pc is so so buggy. I'll be smashing pinnicles in about 3 hours time but it's just annoying!

    Both Windows 10 PCs have the same account as the main account for the computer? And do you have the game purchased or it is from GamePass? (Just to be sure, from the picture you send, I think its purchased).

    In the PC that its not working, please try to fully update windows (and just in case, install the "XBox beta" app).

    Tell us if this fixed your issue please!
