Discus and support just purchased the dark souls 2 addon bundle , but it hasnt and doesnt download please help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; As the title says, ive been billed £19.99 and i believe the file is 1.5 gb , i have 6 gb of space on my hard disk , so i don't know what to do ....     just purchased the dark souls 2 addon bundle , but it hasnt and doesnt download please help


    As the title says, ive been billed £19.99 and i believe the file is 1.5 gb , i have 6 gb of space on my hard disk , so i don't know what to do .

    does anyone have any ideas please , or how i contact xbox live for a refund?

    Charged for dlc but unable to play.

    So I recently purchased the three dark souls 2 dlc. Not in the bundle but seperate due to forces beyond my control.

    hi i have tried several time pay and download the dark souls 2 dlc bundle on xbox live marketplace and the website each time i try it tells me to try again later this process is getting very frustrating please help !!!!

    Sorry to hear it. A 1.5 GB download can take a bit to complete. Please double check to see that it is currently downloading by pressing the Guide button on the controller and scroll left then choose Active Downloads. If it is listed there but is showing
    as pending select it and choose Download Now.

    If it is not there then double check your storage to ensure that it has downloaded. You can access your storage by heading to Settings>System>Storage.

    If it's not there and hasn't downloaded then you can go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to restart the download.

    If all else fails then you should contact phone support for further assistance. 020 7365 9792 or 0800 587 1102 FREE

    I just purchased Dark Souls earlier today on the xbox on demand store. I, then, canceled the download for later on. But, when i went back to the download history, it didn't show Dark Souls on there. Any Ideas???????
