Just purchased a game and niw i cant play it , it even says i dont own it even tho in...

Problem fixed, had to buy the game twice… but refunded the other copy of the game 👍🏻

Are you getting a prompt that you don't own the game? If yes, we need to make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed kindly remove and re-add your account.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

I had it on disk for my old xbox but when I upgraded to the xbox series S it says the game is a trial and that i dont own any of the dlcs or even the game and that i gotta repurchase everything. Even tho i already bought it on this account and had owned the game
