    Hello,

    Was using first xbox but the game kept crashing while playing warzone.

    So i took the new serie x.

    Seen that it is a main problem but dont know if it fixed yet.

    Everything is up to date. Controller even the xbox.

    But cant play a normal match without my controller get disconnected.

    Used orginale controller: disconnect

    Used Razor: disconnect.

    Cable or not it still get disconnected.

    Just got the console yesterday.

    And started today cus it is weekend right now

    Already first day!!

    Main problem is not only controller disconnect but after a few sec the console turned off.

    Also what happend i was playing warzone and controller disconnected soo i pluged it out and back in. What helped for finally one time. It was good for one 1 downed player but when i was reloading and when i start shooting again. Game freezed, and crashed

    This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. Let's do our best to sort this out.

    To further isolate the issue, do you have another game installed there we could try to play? The issue may be specific to a game only.

    I suggest to plug your console directly to the wall outlet and do not use any surge protector.

    Easy solution: throw your xbox out a window, buy a new one; or just create a new account. Or just get some sleep.
