Just lost everything on my rewards account, what gives? Been on the program for years.

Your account needs updating to make a deposit!

Lost count of how many times I've been told my account needs updating, done everything I can, and still no deposits get made. You say there's an issue, but seems to have been going on for years now without being resolved. Is the Rewards scheme even worth
bothering with?

Credits pending and account check

Hi there, was worried that my lifetime and very recent rewards just aren't adding up or just never really work. I've made too many purchases recently and over the years I have been in the reward program and have never felt this has actually been working.
I was hoping someone could look over my account to possibly see if everything has been awarded over the account before the transition to microsoft rewards in case any history of such things would go missing. My gamertag is and have been a member
or rewards for 6 years and xbox live for 11.

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Nope we lost them all and goodbye the 5 star vip rank and everything with it... this program sucks big time. I really dont know why they call this Microsoft rewards when I went from 10% off of every games or dlc that i bought to
0%... This is no reward program... this is a shift to hell and not a good way to reward people that have spent thousands of dollar over the years..... Really disapointing.. I'M really considering to cancel my pre order of The xbox one X..

Haven't got any currency, that's the issue, I've been constantly purchasing digital content with no rewards and it just started happening this year. I've been in the program for years and this year i wasn't getting any currency rewards so i checked my account
to manually send my currency as you can once you get a certain amount of rewards.

That's when i seen i didn't have any pending currency, i should, i spend enough to know i should have had way more than enough to get currency by now.

I have been a member of the rewards program since it’s launch but now when I log in it asks me to join the rewards program.

When I sign in it then says I don’t have an Xbox live account when I clearly do so and have done so for like 6 years.

Just to clarify I am using the same rewards account and live account as I have done since launch without previous issue.
