Its weird support only has option of contact via twitter, ask volunteer, post on discussion board or talk to a gamer. How do I get in touch with xbox customer care

Hi there,

the best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support in a situation like this.

They should be able to check what has caused this to happen, for example a previous subscription via payment option that wasn't stopped for renewal.

The only way that I have figured out on the web when you go to support.xbox.com/contact-us and click on account under where it asks what type of problem you are having.'

click on get started for the virtual chat

then type in talk to a rep 2 times it will then give you a choice to either chat with a live person or have someone call you back

There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
