just got the waiting on relay. for black ops. it's never done this why

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset the network hardware, Terry by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

It's not like its matters all the people that got this just to wait for black ops are going to be done playing in about 3 minutes

My GT is and I got banned. I don't know why but it said I was gonna get unbanned today but it never happened and I want to know why I don't have a microphone so can't have done any of that but I was in a modded lobby in Call of Duty Black Ops
2 but I doubt that was why I just wanna get unbanned so can enjoy myself. Please Help.

Nope, gotta wait for Nov. 8th. I never got into the beta but my friends without black ops did... made me kind of pissed.
