Just got S series and i'm concerned about its noise

I am sorry to hear about this issue. Is the buzzing constant, or does it come and go during gameplay? As far as I know, the noise you're hearing is due to high RPMs running inside the Xbox and it's considered normal. I have found a similar post about this question in this community.

In the meantime, I suggest relocating your Xbox to a different spot to see if the buzzing noise persists. Its the same noises as yours ? maybe software related?

I hear the same noise on my Series S (only the first 5 seconds of the first video). For some unknown reason, it's a lot more noticeable when I'm on the Home Screen and I really need to be close to it (like inches away from it) to be able to hear that noise.

I have 2 different Xbox Series X/S controllers, one that i got with my Series X and the other I bought separately. Both have the same issue. I’m hoping it’s just a programming error, but nothing seems to work. I’m doubtful its the controllers/wire. Doubtful its the USB port (tried a few). My biggest concern is that its a hardware issue with CPU or RAM.

Ok, so I bought a cheap flash drive and tried to do an offline update and it got to just past 40% and threw an error. So i factory reset it. Now it's working and I'm reinstalling my games. I'm concerned about the HDD though. It's making some weird
noises.
