    Forza 6 game download code not sent to email

    I purchased an xbox one bundle with forza 6 and the game code was not sent to my email. The card that came with the xbox has a scratch off with a redemption code to start the redeem process on xbox.com/name-your-game. I followed the instructions and filled
    out the online form which prompted me to the verification page. This page said the game download code should be in the email I used in 5 to 10 minutes. It's been almost 2 days and no email. Please help.

    Name your game code did not arrive

    I selected Forza 6 for my free Name Your Game promotion, entered my email, waited 24 hours, and nothing ever came. Contacted customer support and was told to post here.

    Also, when I first set up my xbox I never got a confirmation email to my account, so I had to create a new account just to use the Xbox One.

    If it's the Name Your Game bundle, you'll need to follow the link I posted above and fill out the form thete. If the codes are actually for the games, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle from for an exchange
