Just got an account ban and am looking for clarification as it didn't make much sense

Just got a ban for using a piece of language I definitely shouldn't have, and I understand why I got a 7 day com ban, and while I understand why I was com banned for the 7 days, I recently just got an account ban . For 14 days??? I submitted an account appeal and it said their was no details relating to my account ban which didn't seem right as the first ban had details regarding why I was banned. It now seems that Microsoft has a specialist reviewing it, but I'm so confused about the account ban and am just looking for any type of clarification. Would appreciate anything that may help me understand better, to potentially prevent it again, or understand if it was a malfunction or error.

Hi, I submitted an appeal and it said it got denied, however I think it was kind of wrong. I submitted and appeal ont eh first ban but just used it as a way to apologize as I didn't really expect an unban.

I'm only 13 but after I check and saw the appeal was denied I saw a new 14 day account ban. My parents are trying to help communicate with Xbox enforcement but the Xbox support said they couldn't do anything about it. I feel kind of betrayed and annoyed that I my decision to make an apology lead to me getting banned even longer. They also deleted another message. The person was kind of harassing me and was definitely an adult trying to make me mad. I was playing Madden against him and he said "hold this L" and I said "hold this D" (referring to DEFENSE) as I was playing madden.

That message was not deleted after the first ban. But I feel like it is wrong to ban me for longer, as I explained everything from my appeal, and even made an apology. It is just overall a dumb account ban and I don't understand why they are letting it stand.

These cases are entirely handled by the Live enforcement team and they are the only ones who can provide you with details on what is the specific reason on why you got the 7 day suspension. We will have to wait for their response regarding this.

I also have received more clarification on the ban as of I made the reply, but i still think it's just a big understanding.

I truly understand where you are coming from and I know that you would just like to use your account again without any kind of suspension. I really wish that we are able to expedite the suspension for you, I would not hesitate to do that, however, this can only be done by the enforcement team. If they have decided that the suspension is final, we will have to wait until your suspension ends.
