Just got a new controller and when I try playing a game the controller keeps disconnecting...

Hi when I play gta 5 on my xbox it keeps disconnecting and i keep trying to play on with this controller that wont stop disconnecting when i go in the weapon wheel and try to drive the cars.

And i just found out that when im playing a game by myself with the new controller ot will randomly disconnect as well

i tried download the game again (delete and download) and change the batteries but this don't work... i have a white normal controller and when i press "A" or when the game starts (In the first level) when the player smashes the glass window the controller
disconnects and when i try to do some thing he says "controller disconnected"... i just can't play the game...

My controller keeps disconnecting a lot. Console is brand new, even got another controller and same thing. I have done the in game network diagnostics and it says my internet connection is good. Is my console a lemon ?

Ive been having the same issues with the new controllers that use Bluetooth to connect. I notice more issues when im running/connecting multiple bluetooth devices. But overall the disconnecting happens at random times. Ive just got into the habit of plunging
the controller in whenever i play online multiplayer games. This has happened with the series 1 and 2 elites and the newer generic controllers.
