    Just getting your game ready


    My digital copy stopped working, I started getting a message thatsaid it took too long to load. I uninstalled it and now it says it's getting my game ready. I haven't been able to get past this problem. I tried to uninstall it again, and it says it is but
    it continues to show in the game an app section. My hard drive is currently 34.2% full. HELP

    We use the same Xbox, I just tried it and we're still having the same issue.

    Yes, we found out that uninstalling or updating a game fixes the issue, but half of our games still do it.

    have you tried to go to the storage and uninstall it there and try again and restart your console? That might work.

    To check, do you have your games installed to your internal storage or do you have an external drive you're using? If you're installing to an external drive, try uninstalling and install internally to see if there's a change. Let us know what's up so that we

    Hey there Spunkkyy.

    If you haven't tried already, please uninstall one of the games you're unable to start, power cycle your Xbox One, then reinstall the game. Let us know if that helps :)
    Started doing this today on Destiny, Call of Duty, Halo Wars 2 and I've tried uninstalling, restarting and re-installing with Black Ops 3 and still no go!!! VERY annoying!!!

    Hey, vOhBaby!

    So if you are having problems with a particular (or all) of your games, try the troubleshooting at the page titled

    “My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay”

    That should help you out.

    If you still have problems after that, I'd try to make sure that you have an Open NAT in your Network Settings and then try maybe what we call a soft reset. You can do that following the steps on How
    to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One    .

    Try those solutions out and let us know if they help resolve your issue
