"Just getting your game ready", Never loads, repeatedly comes back when canceled

Hi guys,

About a week ago my Xbox One stopped allowing me to play games. I have over 60 games installed (On both the console and on an external hard drive). Only a handful are physical disc games, the rest are downloaded. Every single game (and app) I try to play,
when selecting it, says "Just getting your game ready. Your game will start soon!" and never starts. It only has the option to cancel, and when I do, the same message pops back up a couple seconds later, and it won't let me do anything else on the menu.

I've tried hard restarting, unplugging, leaving it unplugged overnight, factory resetting (while keeping games and apps), and combinations of the above.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey, My GTAV disc continues to come up with "Just getting your game ready" and proceeds to never load, Help this is making me very very annoyed.

the same thing is happening to me with every game I have. Iv tried hard resetting and restarting my console multiple times. The problem just started today and I have not found a way to fix it online. Also when I start up my Xbox it takes me strait to
the store and says there's is a problem loading the store which is very unusual. I don't known if that's has anything to do with it. Please help.

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational, test
the results.

Having the exact same problem here I can't download a signal game! Sort it out Microsoft!!!

I'm having that same issue, it started i think last Saturday

I've had this issue come up multiple times now. 1st time I uninstalled everything I own and reinstalled. Fixed it for a bit and now problem is back again. Don't have the store issue however. Quite frustrating to have to reinstall games multiple times.

Got your answer all, at least it seems to work. You have to factory reset your console. There is an option to keep your games an apps.

For those wondering, this solution solved my issues.
