    Just don't know if im correct here, but...


    Hey guys,

    Since i bought the map expansion pack today, im not able to start the game anymore. im getting an error thats like "you cant play when you're not logged in" - i searched around google but there wasnt any fix for that issue. i hope you guys can help me and
    fix the problem asap.

    Suspended but don't know if it's permanent or not

    If you can not find when this will expire, the Xbox phone support team can tell you if it is permanent or temporary and when it will expire.

    I'm on Windows 10 and, to be honest, i dont know if im able to play other games because i just got horizon 3 from the windows store and in my windows library. Before you ask, i was able to play the game before that day, this error just started right after
    i purchased and downloaded the expansion.

    1. So i ran Troubleshooter and it said that i got there was an error with the Windows Store, that sounded like this *keep in mind that im german and i need to translate the errorcodes* "Windows Store Cache is probably damaged | not fixed"

    2. The Cleanboot hasnt fixed anything aswell.

    3. I dont even own a xbox or another microsoft account,-> i can't switch between accounts.

    Thanks for your answers anyways, hope we can fix it together.

    There is no Xbox Account thingy in my 'Accounts' tab on Windows 10 so i can't remove the Account.
