    So I got suspended permanently and I was on my game yesterday and I woke up today but was about to go play some games and I don't know what I did wrong though and I checked the details for it and say hey you have been permanently suspended and I was like what did I do and like it has no details or nothing though in like I try my best to call and see and I was trying to ask I was trying to look up on Google if I can try to contact the enforcement team but I can't and it's been difficult and I've been stressed all this damn time trying to figure out how I got banned and stuff though and I don't know what I did wrong and it has no details and no nothing so my suggestion is someone spam reported me or accused me of something that I did not do and I don't know it's confusing I guess and I'm completely lost about it I've been asking for help and I got no help I've been asking for friends that to give me advice and how to contact people and stuff but it's been difficult and it's been hard so if anyone can please help me with this I'll greatly appreciate it or try their best to do something because I am complete done with this point because I been playing Xbox since 2006 and it's been a so if anyone can please help me out with this thank you for everything if you can't well it's fine I guess

    You were given a permanent ban and they upheld the ban, so you won't get that account back.

    I'm not sure what you mean by that. But you can read through the Community Standards to see if that helps you figure out what your ban could have been for.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.
