    Just cleared my local saved games and then get error code E102:


    Hello everyone, I need help with my Xbox one x, I just cleared my local saved games and then the next thing that happens is I, get brought up to a screen and I can only restart which I tried didn't work, tried turning it off and on that didn't work, tried factory restating it, nor did that work, I tried unplugging my Xbox console by the cord for 3 minutes, and that didn't work ever. I can also do offline system update but of course I don't have anything for it so I can do it, the last resort is ever getting it repaired or spending 2 days to re download all of my games on the internal storage. Since I bought a hard drive for more storage, which lucky has another half of all my games.

    I have tried factory reset where it removes everything, that didn't work so I am now trying the offline system update and if that does not work i'd probably have to get it repaired.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in.

    To confirm, you only performed a factory reset by keeping your games and apps, correct?

    Since your operating system is most likely corrupted, we must perform any last resort we could think of. If possible, try to factory reset by removing everything or try offline system update.
