Just Cause Achievement met multiple times but not showing up

I was using 360 interface to see what achievements I had left. Tiles show as 50 of 50. Race 1-6 in order. Then 8, 7, 9 and all races. However after getting all side missions done and thinking I was finally done with this I noticed it’s saying 49 out of 50 and 995G in the list view. All achievements option on Xbox One shows 49 995/1000 100%.

On One and in the 360 on Xbox One interface it shows Race 6 achievement is still locked even though the complete all races is unlocked. I reloaded a save way earlier in the game. No unlock multiple attempts. I deleted saves in cloud and started a new game. No unlock multiple attempts. Deleted the game and reinstalled. Played on a different account and unlocked right when I finished the race. Just completed race 6 on main account again and still nothing.

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, check your progress online.

1. Sign in at Xbox.com.

2. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements.

3. Select the title of the achievement that you're trying to unlock.

4. If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.

If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place. If it hasn't appeared after 72 hours, try unlocking the achievement again.

No different than what shows on One. 49 achievements, 995GS, yet100%. The delete/second profile/retry on the main was when this was posted. The achievement itself would have been unlocked on June 29th sometime between 12:20AM CST (Race 5 unlock) and the one for completing all races (which wouldn’t have unlocked had I not finished Race 6 thus meeting requirements for that achievement unlock) which shows 2:55AM CST thus past 72 hours
