    I bought the Just Cause 3 special offer pack (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/just-cause-3) about a week ago but I don't know how to download Just Cause 2. I contacted support and
    they told me that I should receive a message with a redeem code but I still haven't received that code. Could you please tell me what I should do?
