    Hello. I ordered Just Cause 3 a couple weeks and have not yet received a message to download Just Cause 2. I am worries because the promotion is no longer on the website so I am worried I wont get the copy.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Codes are usually sent out 7-10days after you have preordered or purchased the game. So I'd wait another 7 to 10 days, and if you've still not received it then let us know Just Cause 3, Just Cause 2 Promotion :)

    The promotion has ended on March 1st, 2016. If you purchased after that date, unfortunately you will not qualify for Just Cause 2. You can verify the date of purchase through our Microsoft Commerce page.
    Let us know which date you see the purchase was made on!

    It says I activated on March 2nd. Are you serious that I missed this by 1 day? Is there anything that can be done I buy a lot of games digitally through Xbox One.
