Just cause 3 gold edition dlc code redeemed but not able to download

Also just to clarify you did indeed redeem the code, and you were charged for it? Sometimes if the order was unsuccessful it will get cancelled and you wont be charged for it and of course you won't receive the code. How long have you been playing just
cause 4 gold edition before you werent able to play it anymore?

Hitman 2 Collectors Edition comes with Hitman 2 Gold Edition which includes a number of DLC that can be found here:

Once you redeem the codes that came with the edition, the DLC should have began downloading automatically. If it didn't, then you can find the DLC's for the game by pressing the Menu button over the game and then select "manage games and add-on's", then
on the left you will see Installed and Ready to Install. Any DLC you own from the codes you redeemed will be found there. The prologue is one of the DLC's that come with this edition so you need to start Hitman 2 to play the prologue.

For The Crew Gold Edition finding the DLC included in that edition if you own it is found the same way I mentioned earlier to find your Hitman 2 DLC. The Microsoft Store shows no indication of any pre-order bonuses or what they are since the game came out
in late June 2018 so I would suggest contacting
Ubisoft Support for that question.

So not just me. Yeah, it looks like this might be because this DLC wasn't added to the store yet (odd because the other 3 items have been there for weeks). Someone messed up it seems.

Edit: Best thing I can say is that it probably will download when they list it. Same thing happened with a Watch_Dogs promo item (the revolver). It wasn't listed when I redeemed my code and didn't download anything right away. When it finally got listed I was
able to start the download just fine.

It should be the same as being able to download any DLC content. All the season pass gives you is the ability to download the individual downloads for one cheaper price. As long as it's on the same Xbox 360 that redeemed you redeemed the code on, as well as
the account that the code was redeemed on then any account on that console should have access to that DLC content that's released.

You don't need Gold to download DLC codes, so not sure why you were told that by the agent. To redeem your codes you can click on "My Account" on the top of this page (once signed into the account you wish to have the DLC) and then look on the bottom right
under Payment and Billing to a "Redeem Code" section. Simply enter the code there and it will download next time your console turns on.

Alternatively you can download it while on your console by pressing the middle guide button down for a second, and then scrolling to the left under the Marketplace tab. There will be a field there also titled "Redeem Code" where you can enter your DLC code.

Bottom line, your son certainly can access this DLC without a Gold membership! Good luck.
