Just cause 3 frame rate problem Xbox one S

Hi,

There's nothing wrong with your console, Just Cause 3 runs pretty bad on Xbox One S, especially when the action heats up.

Granted this is an old Digital Foundry video, but patches didn't make much of a difference and it still runs pretty poorly. Unless you're on the latest consoles.

It runs much better on Series S and Series X albeit still only at 30fps, but a locked 30 which sadly the old One S struggles with.

Cables won't cause a frame rate drop, they would cause lag. So if you are specifically noticing a frame rate drop when playing single player then it's probably the game just can't handle that much going on. Before thinking it's caused by something being
wrong with your Xbox, can you try recreating the frame rate drop on a friends Xbox?

If your playing on an Xbox One or Xbox One S you will only see better Frame Rates.

If your Playing on an Xbox One X you will see the better Frame Rates and possibly 4K HDR if they have been enhanced.

That depends on if you want better image quality or higher frame rates from games, if so then yes but if it's not something you really care about all that much then stick with the One S.

Higher frame rates? It's not going to have higher frame rates, better resolution yes, but not frame rate. The 60FPS has always been a thing with only their exclusive titles.
