    I still haven't received my just cause 2 code

    Promotion Details    : Pre-order Just Cause 3 and get just cause 2 code within 7-10 days

    Date of Purchase:10/30/2015

    I Pre-order Just Cause 3 XL edition on Oct-30 and I'm still waiting for my code.

    I double check my email address in my profile which it good, I open a ticket on Xbox.com Support chat, which told me to contact Square Enix which couldn't help me... I'm stuck on a loop and I can see I'm not the only one and nobody receive follow up
    on the forum. I have my case # from Xbox.com Support and that pretty much it. I have ask to be escalated but never receive news from this.

    How can I receive my Just Cause Promo Code?
