Just Cause 2 code has not arrived for Purchasing Just Cause 3!

I purchased Just Cause 3 on 12/24/15 and the promotion for purchasing Just Cause 3 states that you also get the digital copy of Just Cause 2 and that it can take up to 10 days for me to receive the code for the Free game. However, it's been 17 days since
I purchased Just Cause 3 and I still haven't received the code for Just Cause 2. I contacted XBOX Support on a Chat with Holly K. and she stated that the only way to resolve this issue and get the code was to post on this forum. What should have been a simple
purchase is now causing me a lot of work to try and get a Free copy of a game that I should have already received.

I'm hoping someone from XBOX can assist me in getting the FREE code for Just Cause 2. Thank you.

Just Been referred from xbox customer support to this forum to get help for the just cause 2 code i never reeceived. I pre ordered this on the 3rd of november and still havnt received the code. Much Help would be appreciated.
