Just bought mincraft and wont let me launch

    Just bought mincraft and wont let me launch


    I just bought minecraft, and I bought it off of the minecraft website, when I hit launch for some reason it gives me an error message and says to check my account and that I need to log in, and it gives a link to go to the Microsoft store, I log in and it still has the same error message, i try logging out and back in but it still doesn't work I also tried resetting my computer and again, doesn't work. I'm not too sure what to do now. I'm not very educated in computer stuff so this is really confusing to me

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

    Hi, its not a weird issue, try to launch another game, check if all ok, then try you game again, i think its launch ok, but if not, try a full reset on you console, holding power button for 10 secs n turning on again.

    Why is there a duplicate of Minecraft installing that is also preventing my original Minecraft from updating, I also can't do anything to the duplicate of Minecraft no matter what.

    I did this and the second mincraft is still there trying to download but say 0 out of 0 complete? I'm confused

    Edit I Uninstalled the second minecraft and now it works and let's me open mincraft.

    I bought it on the mincraft site the i looked if there was a download button but no. The i downloadet the mincraft louncher and logged in and it said buy it too idk why.
