Just bought Game Pass, seems active on my profile but doesn't work.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you recently subscribed to Game Pass and even though it shows up on your account, you are still unable to download any games. This may be a matter of syncing up your account, so try

removing and re-adding your profile from the Xbox.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account
   > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   
4. When you're finished, select Close

I have just tried it again, and the Xbox game pass still doesn't work. My Xbox status of the subscription is active and I still can't be able to download any games from the game pass store.
