    Sooooo i was shit talking hackers on xbox one and they got big mad and sent my console to the troubleshoot but when i try to install the offline update , which ive downloaded from multiple computers it doesnt work (they have my router IP) Any advice ?

    No it does not. i have had a disc in mine constantly since day 1, I also never removed discs from my 360. Its an old wives tale.
