June Wordament will not load

I was playing June map in Wordament, got 21% done, then it stop pulling up. I completed April, May & even July already. Every time I click on the box for the June map, it pulls up one of the other maps. What happened?? Can you also explain what those "Forum"
selections mean on here, where you have to select one of them to post this to you? I just clicked on the 1st one on your list. I'm clueless what any of that stuff means.

Problem loading data

Same issue -- have not been able to load crosswords DC for past two days; was able to complete Jumble and Wordament DC just fine.

 

Crosswords for June 2018 missing from Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

Today is a new month (June 2018).

Every month an entire set of new puzzles are presented for solving in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games.

There are 3 categories of puzzles ... Wordament, Jumbles & Crosswords

Two categories are there and I've already started resolving them; those are Wordament and Jumbles.

The third category, however, is not in the app. Crosswords do not have a new 'World' for June.

I purchased this app, primarily for the Crosswords, but have since come to appreciate all 3 categories.

Please resolve my issue, or let me know with certainty there will be no Crosswords for June. This has happened before ... just go back a couple months ....

Communication is critical ... and you have not done very well with that in the previous missing Crossword situations.
