It is not currently in Game Pass - there is no published schedule on when games will have Game Pass availability.

In Jumpforce rank definitely matters if i'm playing against a player that is super high ranked i know i'm going to be spammed with an unblock-able move and combo. Street fighter ranking isn't too bad its fun to see what titles players have earned.

I think it depends which fighting game you are playing as each fight game mechanics can be different which makes the ranking system effectively feel different

I like dragon ball, although to be honest it's very over-exploited, as it's the same story as always with what seems to be a semi-open world that you can explore, I would recommend you buy after the release to see reviews and gameplay, lately bandai hasn't
made good games, jumpforce (well below people's expectations) shinobi striker (with very little content) fighterz (with a lousy campaign, highly repetitive, but very good gameplay)
