Juiced 2 missing "xlive.dll", Microsoft download link for dll is gone

As title says, I am trying to get Juiced 2 which I PAID FOR on Steam years ago, and it uses xlive.dll, which someone was provided a link for by Microsoft support years ago. Well that link is now dead, and obviously I and everyone who still owns the game, would like a fresh, official download link for the xlive.dll, since we paid for this game and can't play it without it.

EDIT: Ignore this, apparently the game was updated at some point to include an xlive redistributable in the game's folder

So am I right in saying that Microsoft is advising it's customers to download official Microsoft .dll files from potentially dangerous third party sites, just to be able to play games we paid for?

xlive.dll is part of Microsoft's Games for Windows Live. For future reference, if you ever need to download xlive.dll.

Unfortunately, Games for Windows Live is a discontinued PC gaming platform that runs on the Xbox 360. We no longer provide customer support for Games for Windows Live.

So we are unable to provide official download link of xlive.dll. You can go to the third-party DLL file download site to find it.

Thanks for the photos. It seems like the files VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll are either missing or corrupted. I suggest installing Microsoft Visual
C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 as these files are part of the package and should resolve the issue.

This seems to be a .dll missing required to run the Realtek app, you must contact the software Support probably, in this case will be Realtek, to ask for a download link of this file or another probable soft you could need to run the app, other option could be looking for the .dll on the web, but is always better to askt the developer as will be safer

SliestRelic6, this issue can be due to a confusion between the necessary DLL files required for successful execution of the Games for Windows LIVE framework. You will first want to verify that all your Games for Windows LIVE components are up-to-date (your
installed programs should include Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile, Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Extended, Microsoft Games for Windows LIVE Redistributable 3.5.92.0, Microsoft Games for Windows Marketplace 3.5.50.0, Microsoft Silverlight 5.1.10411.0,
Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant 6.5).

Then check to ensure that the latest version of your graphics driver is installed. If you haven't updated your video card in a while (approx 3 months or more), visit your manufacturer's official webpage to update it (e.g., Geforce cards should be updated
with stable driver versions from nVidia.com).

After you've checked all that, make sure that you are not experiencing a conflict in the runtime due to multiple xlive.dll files. Fable 3 and Shadowrun typically have their own xlive.dll files installed in their home directories under Program Files (x86).
Try removing/deleting the xlive.dll file from the game directory and attempting execution of the game afterward.
