    JRPG’s on Xbox One


    I enjoy a good hard core rpg every now and then, i tend to jump on them pretty quick when one seeps through the cracks and ends up on the xbox store.

    most recently i finished operencia on game pass which mixed rpg and dungeon crawling elements. its a great attempt by a western developer at the genre.

    seeing as we final got the remaster of final fantasy x/x2, it got me thinking. what other hard core rpgs are there that i may not be aware of on the store.

    im talking hardcore rpg, jrpg or tactical rpgs. Turn based or action. AAA or indie titles it doesnt matter as long it has that sweet grind.

    JRPGs on Xbox One

    Final fantasy can no longer be considered a JRPG, it is now a western style action RPG. I want more JRPG on Xbox one, otherwise like all generations I will have to buy all consoles... BTW Star ocean 5 NEEDS to come to Xbox one. FF can go walk off a cliff
    with how bad everything past 12 has been( My opinion.) Phantasy Star would be amazing to have or even make some In house JRPG that is exclusive to Xbox one. Don't bring garbage JRPG to xbox one and then get upset when no one buys.

    even if it isn't very popular why not make it available? Would it really cost them much to put it on the store? Lost Odyssey instantly become the best JRPG on the Xbox One so if anyone anywhere is looking for a jrpg on xbox one it's only natural they would
    buy Lost Odyssey.

    This doesn't exactly suit the need you are looking for as the three games I'm about to mention don't exist on the Xbox Live store... they are three games in the Final Fantasy series though.

    Those games would be Bravely Default, its sequel Bravely Second, and the third game in its trilogy Octopath Traveler. The first two are on the Nintendo 3DS and the last one is on the Switch. They are really amazing games so I though they were worth mentioning.
