Joystick, dead, and triggers aren't working on my controller

Discus and support Joystick, dead, and triggers aren't working on my controller in XBoX on Mobile to solve the problem; The only buttons I can use are the a b x y and rb lb does anyone know how to fix this I tried updating the controllers and used different controllers...     The only buttons I can use are the a b x y and rb lb does anyone know how to fix this I tried updating the controllers and used different controllers is it just my phone. I'm on andriod

    It works on all devices console pc and even mobile but it's when I get into a game in Xbox games pass cloud gaming it doesn't work.
