Well no first you need to be in the insiders program and have the preview ms store and also it's limited enrollment

If you aren't in the insiders program you can't join

Either it's full or you arent in the limited test group

And there is no word on expansion it's best to look at insiders list to join tests groups

When you enroll depending on the group you will get a program to enlist if thetr ia a open spot

Hello thomasseymour18901, you are right, at the moment Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Family Plan is being tested in two countries only and by Insider, and we have no information on when it will become official for all users outside of Insider.

When it comes to normal plans and subscription conversions, they're still working normal.

If you have an active Ultimate subscription in your account, you can extend it by adding but Ultimate up to a 36-month limit.

If you're under subscription and close to ending, it's best after it finishes adding a Gold subscription to your account, and then converting to Ultimate.

If you are looking to test new versions of the Xbox One dashboard on your console then you should join the Xbox Insider program and this will allow you help with testing the new console software updates.

To join the insider program download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console and enrol your console through the app, Once you have joined the program when your XP level and tenure are high enough you will be able to join the beta tier of the program.

I think that rewards are great program. With combination od insider program you could got up to 3 years of game pass ultimate. Which is many, many dollars.

Sorry you're having this issue. Please be aware that an invitation to join via the Insider program does not guarantee you'll be added. It is quite possible that many other joined prior to you and filled the program. Another option would be that there
is no new content to test at the moment.

Please be patient. If the app is still there for you to see things are not lost. Perhaps you'll be added at some point in the future.
