O jogo World of Warships: Legend foi comprado através do console Xbox one S. Está pago mas não foi instlaldo automaticamente como outros jogos comprados da mesma forma. Não sei como resolver este problema. Talvez solicitar a Microsoft a devolução do valor

We understand that you have an inquiry in regards to a game you purchased that will take up about 17 GB of space, and if you can install the game offline.

If the game is a digital purchase, it cannot be installed offline due to the licensing and content for the game being from the Microsoft store. If the game is a disc, it can be installed offline, but in order to launch the title through your profile, you
would need to save the password for your account within the
account settings on the Xbox One.

If the game is ever uninstalled, and if there is not an external hard drive in use, the game will have to go through the installation process again.
