Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Hey Crystal, eu tentei tudo que você me indicou(clean boot, troubleshooter e a reinstalação do Xbox app) e não funcionou. Porém quando eu fiz o troubleshooter, ele me indicou
que há apps travados/ com falha, porém não foi corrigido :/

Hello Marcus,

Sorry for the issue with the games. When you try and launch these games are you going through the Xbox app on the PC? If you are we suggest making sure windows is fully up to date.

In an effort to be really thorough we suggest restarting the Network Hardware (router and modem) since there seems to be some timing out issues. To do this unplug both from the power for 3-5 minutes. After this has been done try it again and let us know
how it goes!

Atualização: Percebi que sempre quando inicio qualquer jogo pelo Xbox App, não só o processo do jogo abre mas também o Runtime Broker.
