Jitter on my Xbox Home Screen playing offline and multiplayer

Hey thanks for those steps you told me to go thru but I went thru all of them and I’m still having this issue internet is running great on my friends console here and the connection on my Xbox is running great as well after all the steps but it’s not the connection that’s causing the problem. Because when I run games offline like the campaign on modern warfare and Cold War it would still have a studder or jitter once again not sure what to call it the console itself is just laggy and takes up to 20 seconds to start a game sometimes and all this started happening yesterday. The console also lags in the Home Screen when I barley turn it on it has a stutter selecting accounts it has a stutter in game offline and online I’m not sure as to what I can do to fix it my best guess is a internal problem so is their any way I can run like a check on internals for my console thru settings or any other ideas to fix it?

Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

sign in as a guest on the xbox home screen then start the game. its the only way me and my brother can play offline

You can play the multiplayer mode offline either with bots or split screen with a friend. You can also play zombies mode offline.

It worked By Setting Myself offline as my Xbox Home Screen. Thank you for the Help.
