Jigsaw will not load...it won't sign me in to site

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with Jigsaw. What happens when you try to sign into it - Do you get any particular error message or code that you can provide to us? Have you tried signing into the Windows Store app with the same account? Or any of the
other Microsoft games such as Solitaire or Bingo?

You'll want to try
reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw to see if that helps as well. Go ahead and give it a shot and let us know if any of that works.

Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

Plus, on the rare occasion it does load, most of the puzzle collections I have already downloaded do not show. I am not a premium user.

Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw
